We currently offer delivery all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

COD orders require a 20% advance payment to confirm and prepare your order. The remaining 80% is payable to the courier upon delivery. This advance payment helps us confirm genuine orders and prepare your order for dispatch efficiently.

Intercity (Nationwide): Rs. 349

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, your parcel will be kept at the nearest courier facility for a limited time. Our courier will make up to two delivery attempts. Please contact us using a reachable phone number to reschedule your delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared where available.

For a safe and reliable delivery experience, we currently accept residential/home addresses only. Deliveries to offices, schools, universities, hostels, public places, or temporary locations are not available.

Please double-check your address before placing an order. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

We carefully inspect and package every order before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, is lost during transit, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll review the issue and assist you according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
