Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number as soon as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
However, if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request an exchange subject to our Return & Exchanges Policy.

Customised, personalised, or specially prepared orders may not be eligible for cancellation once preparation has begun.

For a smooth experience, we may contact you to confirm your order details before processing. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled before dispatch.

For COD orders, the 20% advance payment confirms your order. The advance payment is refundable if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, any amount already incurred towards delivery or other applicable costs will be non-refundable. Any remaining balance of the advance payment may be refunded, depending on the stage of the order and costs already incurred.

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an order due to product availability, delivery limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
