01 How long does the delivery take?
Orders are generally delivered within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may occasionally extend due to circumstances outside our control or during periods of increased courier activities. Same-day delivery is available within eligible areas of Karachi only for Prepaid Orders.
02 How does Cash on Delivery work?
Cash on Delivery is available with a 20% advance payment, while the remaining 80% is paid in cash upon delivery.
After the order has been placed. You will receive a message via your provided email address or WhatsApp number with the bank details and the exact amount to be transferred via online banking.
03 Why should I choose prepaid payments?
Prepaid orders qualify for free shipping, with no remaining balance to collect upon delivery. Eligible areas within Karachi also qualify for same-day delivery through prepaid orders.
Once your payment is confirmed, your order can be processed directly for dispatch.
04 What is your exchange policy?
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and undamaged.
Exchanges are not applicable to products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or purchased under a change-of-mind request. Please contact us within 24 hours if you need to request an exchange.
05 How long does RAAWIYAH candle burn?
Our candles provide approximately 36-40 hours of burn time, depending on how they are cared for and burned.
Following proper candle-care practices helps the candle burn more evenly and allows you to get the most from its fragrance and burn time.
06 How long does RAAWIYAH reed diffuser last?
A RAAWIYAH reed diffuser can last up to 40 days, depending on how it is used and the environment it is placed in.
Factors such as room temperature, airflow, and how frequently the reeds are turned can affect how quickly the oil is dispersed.
The number of reed sticks used also makes a difference, using more reeds creates a stronger fragrance throw but will also consume the oil faster.
07 How do I care for my candle?
Proper candle care helps your candle burn more evenly and perform at its best. Trim the wick before each burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface, and avoid burning the candle for longer than 2 hours at a time.
For the best, we recommend using the appropriate candle-care tools when maintaining your candle.
08 What can I do with the vessel after the candle is finished?
The fragrance ends. The vessel doesn't have to.
Once the candle has finished, the vessel can be cleaned and given a new purpose as a planter, organizer, keepsake, or simply as a piece of art.
