Payment Policy

We offer convenient payment options including Cash on Delivery (COD) and available online/prepaid payment methods shown at checkout.

For COD orders, a 20% advance payment is required to confirm and process your order. The remaining 80% is payable to the courier upon delivery.

For prepaid orders, the full order amount must be received before the order is processed and dispatched. Please ensure your payment is completed through the available payment method at checkout.

Orders are considered confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received. In some cases, we may contact you to verify your order or payment details.

If a payment is unsuccessful or cannot be verified, your order may be placed on hold until the payment is confirmed. Our team will assist you if you experience any payment issues.
