Refund policy

Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:

• COD cancellations: If a COD order is cancelled before dispatch, the 20% advance payment is refundable. If the order has already been dispatched, any applicable delivery or other costs already incurred will be deducted, and any remaining balance may be refunded depending on the stage of the order and costs incurred.
  
• Cancellation by RAAWIYAH: If we cancel your order due to product availability, delivery limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
  
  Raawiyah does not offer monetary refunds. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for exchange only, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

For an eligible refund, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and relevant order details. We will confirm the applicable refund amount and guide you through the process.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except where applicable costs are included in a refund under the Cancellation Policy.

Any approved refund may be issued as store credit from Raawiyah.
No monetary refunds are issued.

Store credit will be assigned to you through a unique code and recorded against your details in our records. You can use this code on a future RAAWIYAH order, and the credited amount will be deducted from your order total at checkout.

Store credits are issued for the approved refund amount and can be used toward a future purchase.

If a COD order is refused or returned after dispatch, any applicable delivery, return, handling, or other costs already incurred may be deducted from the refundable advance payment, in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
